This week has been a good week as far as my leisure goal. I was able to workout everyday throughout the week except Saturday and Sunday. Since I work every weekend, it is hard to get into the Rec with their shortened weekend hours. I found that last lecture had a lot to do with my personal goals. I find myself doing these activities so that I can maintain an active lifestyle and specifically, I do cardio workouts to remain heart healthy and build endurance. I tried to really switch up my workouts this week, just to ensure that I'm not getting burnt out. I am starting to see some nice definition and find I am getting more toned all over. I have also introduced supplements into my diet to see if that will have any impact in how I feel and look. I also tried the Rec's new "green" treadmill last week and hated it. I am not sure about the construction of the treadmill and how it it slightly bowed in the middle, but it seems to be above me as far as running goes.
